Warm-up: First we are going to start by stretching our neck. Start by rolling your neck in slow circles to release any tension and then move it back and forth and side to side. Now everyone closes your eyes and take 3 big deep breaths and keep your eyes closed for a minute to just

relax.

Activity: This lesson is for fourth grade students and we will be creating a fun twist on a stick figure drawing while working together with your classmates. First, we will break into groups, or breakout rooms, and one person in each group will strike a pose, this pose should be full of action including bent arms or legs. The rest of the group members will draw a stick figure of that person's pose. This can be drawn on any piece of paper or scrap paper. We will be using bright markers or highlighters. Now, draw the pose of your classmate in the center of the paper you are using and color the stick figure with one of the bright colored markers then outline the colored stick figure with a different color and continue to outline the stick figure with different colors until the entire page is filled.

10.  Assessment: I would like everyone to take a picture of their drawing and upload it to the discussion board.
