Class begins with music and warm up. Students are invited to get on their feet, get away from their desks and follow the professor's muscle groups - isolation warm up.

In previous classes, we added conscious breathing at the end of the warm up,  self-affirmations and meditation.

Comments

  1. Q1:Useful, can let the students relieve fatigue mind clear, but also can close the distance between teachers and students.

Q2:After watching this video, I think what he advocates is alternative education. But I think what he said is too limited. Without community life, one cannot be a whole person. You can't love people you don't know and act local at the same time. Community life is the link between past, present and future.

Solitude is an important lesson in what children need to learn to become a whole person. It gives them the space and time they need to develop themselves. People are not machines. People are active and self-fulfilling, while machines just follow orders.
